Mr. Luis Antonio López-Velarde’s experience includes advising foreign and national corporations and their Mexican subsidiaries, as well as Mexican groups, in energy projects, foreign investment, corporate law, real estate projects, commercial arbitration, civil, commercial, and labor litigation.
Mr. López-Velarde is an active professor of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Mercantile Societies, Methodology of Legal Research, among others at UVM Campus Santa Fe, being recognized on several times due to his teaching excellence performance.
Mr. López-Velarde has participated as a speaker in numerous conferences before the Agencia Espacial Mexicana (Mexican Space Agency), during the World Space Week, the Aerospace Fair (FAMEX), the First Congress “México Hacia Marte” (Mexico Towards Mars), the First Congress “México Hacia la Luna” (Mexico Towards the Moon) in the Chamber of Deputies as well as in some Universities such as UVM, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and La Salle.
