• Mr. Carlos Bello received his J.D. Degree, from the Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico City, 1997.
• LL.M., Master in Telecommunications Law at the Instituto de Postgrado y Formación Continua ICAI-ICADE at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid, Spain, 2000.
• Mr. Carlos Bello is a Professor of Telecommunications Law for the LL.M. program on International Business Law, and Professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and other universities.
Other Work
Acted as Academic Coordinator for the Master on Telecommunications and New Technologies Law at the Universidad Anahuac del Sur, in México City, from March 2001 to June 2003.
He performed as deputy Director of International Regulation at the Federal Telecommunications Commission, from July 1997 to July 1999, where he was involved in the negotiation and drafting of international treaties (mainly in the satellite field). He was also member of the Mexican delegation at international conferences, satellite coordination meetings, international interconnection issues, attending foreign investors and concession filings.
Mr. Bello was legal director at Cibertele.com (Madrid, 2000), a Internet start-up dedicated to counseling telecom companies. He acts as Of Counsel in LVW.
Mr. Bello is fluent in Spanish and English.
