Dr. Víctor Pavón-Villamayor has been advising firms in the areas of antitrust, regulation and microeconomic analysis in Mexico, Latin America and Europe for more than 18 years. In the public administration, he has held the positions of Director-General and Chief of Staff at the Federal Telecommunications Commission of Mexico, as well as Head of the Planning and Evaluation Unit at the Energy Regulatory Commission of Mexico. In the private sector, he has been senior economist at the European Antitrust Division of the international firm Law & Economics Consulting Group in Brussels, Belgium, as well as senior economist at the OCDE. He has also held the position of Director-General at the Mexican Chamber of Air Transportation.
Dr. Víctor Pavón-Villamayor has been advising national and international firms in the areas of energy, telecommunications, antitrust, transport, infrastructure and applied economic analysis. He acts as Of Counsel at LVW.
